Break The Silence | Fourth Annual Virtual Fundraiser Breakfast

Stop Stigma Now is excited to announce that we will be holding our Virtual Annual Breakfast Fundraiser, “Break the Silence” on Tuesday December 5, 2023, at 10am.

This year we are honoring Paul Samuels, director and president of the Legal Action Center for his tireless efforts on policy issues on behalf of persons with substance use disorder.

Our guest speaker is Robert Kent, Esq., former general counsel for the White House National Drug Control Policy and former chief counsel for the NYS Office of Addiction Services and Support.  Throughout his career Mr. Kent has achieved a long list of accomplishments in the field of addiction and recovery.

Klissia Angeles, a person with lived experience will share her personal story of recovery. 

We are certain that our guests will turn this breakfast into an inspiring event which will leave you eager to learn more and get involved in supporting our cause.  Stop Stigma Now is a Not-for-Profit group dedicated to ending the harmful stigma affecting medication treatment of people with opioid use disorder.
